hi.... all best the above listed colleges are based on student's preference in MBA.
But for MCA the best colleges differs from the above list. This year for MCA coimbatore colleges like PSG, CIT, KCT, SKCET, SREC. were given first preference then only other district colleges. So the order may be

KCT
St Joseph
SKCET
Kongu
SREC Sri Ramakrishna Engineering
then only comes other famous chennai based colleges like velammal, jeppiar, panimalar, etc.
